The above picture is one I took with a 75-300mm zoom lens from the balcony of my hotel (All-Star Sports) in Walt Disney World.  The mountain is in Disney’s Animal Kingdom and is home to the new roller coaster, Expedition Everest.  The ride is awesome, but don’t ask Claire her opinion of it.
